Chef Le Macaron Yuka is a very sophisticated French and Italian chef.
Despite having 7 years of teaching experience, she decided to be a chef and studied at Tsuji Culinary Institute.
After graduating from Master College of French and Italian at Ecole Tsuji Tokyo, she moved to Niece, France.
There she studied southern French food and Mediterranean food.
After that, she worked at L'ESPADON in Hotel Ritz PARIS and obtained a diploma at ECOLE RITZ ESCOFFIER.
Then she worked at LEDOYEN and Arpege, three star restaurants in Paris.
After returning to Japan, she started a high-quality catering service for home parties centering Tokyo.
With good reviews, her service is secretly famous among VIPs; some politicians, company presidents, and artists.
She has produced some cooking classes 【Le Macaron YUKA.】 at Jiyugaoka, Aoyama and Hiroo.
In February 2012, 【Le Macaron YUKA.】 Daikanyama kitchen studio (a private restaurant) will be opened.

Conditions:
Appropriate numbers of attendees are 6 ~ 300 and 6 ~ 30 people for buffet style and table seating style, respectively.
Minimum order price per party is ￥100,000 (flexible arrangement might be available, so please ask.)
Early reservation is strongly recommended (one month before the day for both weekday and weekend.)
