We assume that you acknowledge providing your personal information to Member Stores when you use our website. Member Stores may also use your personal information for providing their service. We obligate Member Stores to comply with Japanese Private Information Protection Law and respect customers’ privacy when using customers’ personal information. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that Member Stores always observe this. We encourage you to read Member Stores’ privacy policies.
Unless other than the above cases, we will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

(2) For purpose stated in the 3rd paragraph “Purpose of Using Personal Information,” any consigned company need such information to help Premium Delivery fulfill our services for customers

5. Reference, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
You can check the personal information you provided on Premium Delivery website by logging in with your member’s ID and password. Please proceed the indicated process when you refer, correct, or delete your personal information. If there is any change in the personal information you provided, please update your registered information immediately for securing data accuracy and fulfilling our services.
In case you have difficulty of referring, correcting or deleting your registered information, please contact us (customerservice@pdelivery.com) via email. In this case, we may ask you to provide your personal information to verify your identity. Once we confirm its varification, we will disclose, correct or delete as your request.
Non members’ personal information will be temporary stored to respond any related situations such as customer’s request as well as the 6th paragraph “Registration Information,” and after certain period we will delete it. For this reason, we may not include non members’ personal information in scope of this privacy policy.
6. Registration Information
We timely develop backup copy of customer registered information in order to protect from loss of that information by any possibility. If you request to delete your registered information, your registered information will be no longer active and will be deleted from our member data base.
