- What is an ASAP order?
- An ASAP order is an order type which a restaurant prepares your meal as soon as possible from the time you place your order. Since restaurants start preparing your meal right after you place your order, it cannot be cancelled.
- What is a Reserve order?
- A Reserve order is an order type which you can specify a delivery time and date within our delivery time. (Monday through Sunday 17:00~22:00). Please note that a specified delivery time must be at least 2 hours later than the time you place your order.
- What are the delivery hours?
- Monday through Sunday 17:00~22:00
- What is the average delivery time?
- Our average delivery time is 45 minutes. Times are subject to change based on the size of your order and traffic conditions.
- How accurate is a Reserve order?
- Your food will be delivered within 10 minutes before or after your specified delivery time.
- What is the delivery fee?
- 15% delivery fee will be additionally charged.
- Is there a minimum food order for delivery?
- Mimimum order for each restaurant is \2,000.
- Is it possible to order from several restaurants at once?
- Yes. Please call 03-6804-2213 to place your order.
- What are the delivery areas?
- Delivery areas at this point are Roppongi, Nishiazabu, Minamiazabu, Motoazabu, Azabujyuban, Toranomon, Akasaka. We will expand our delivery areas continually, so please check out this website regularly.
- Do you deliver food to an area outside of the delivery areas?
- Yes. Please call 03-6804-2213 for more information.
- Is it possible to cancel an order after the order has been completed?
- ASAP orders cannot be cancelled.
For a reserve order less than ¥10,000, you are able to cancel your order via our website (www.Pdelivery.com). However, the cancellation request must be received at least two hours prior to the specified delivery time. To cancel your reserve order, please visit and login to www.pdelivery.com, and go to “ Your Order Status ” in “ My Account ” .
For a cancellation of a reserve order above the amount of ¥10,000, please contact the restaurant you placed your order with. Please see “ Restaurant Information ” in the order confirmation e-mail. - What types of payment methods are available?
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB), and cash are accepted. Please note that some restaurants only accept cash.
- How do I know my order is successfully completed?
- When your order is successfully completed, a confirmation e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail address in a few minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service center. - I don't want onion in my dish!!
- After you click a menu that you want to order, a box to write special request shows up. Please note that you need to write your request in Japanese since the request directly goes to a restaurant.
- Is it possible to order regular restaurant menus which are not in the menu on this website?
- For menus which are not on this website, restaurants consider that they are not suitable for delivery. So, we do not do delivery for those menus.
